9:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Settle into the day

We’ll meet and get settled into our spot for the day. We’ll order drinks and maybe a bit of breakfast to sustain us for a morning of work. 

We’ll confirm objectives for the day and set out a rough agenda for our day together. 

 

9:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Business Analysis

We’ll already have had a pre-call to our day so we’ll kick off with reviewing the analysis of your business, your services, target audience, and current marketing efforts.

And then I’ll give you the mic and listen as you tell me all about your hopes, goals and dreams.

 

10:30 AM - 10:45 AM: Morning Break

We’ll have a short break for refreshments and yes, I think it’s perfectly acceptable to eat cake at this time in the morning, don’t you? 

 

10:45 AM - 12:30 PM: Goal Setting and Strategy Development

Here we’ll get into the juicy bit and start to define clear marketing objectives and specific goals. We’ll talk about both long-term and short-term goals and start crafting a tailored marketing strategy that aligns with your business objectives.

 

12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch Break

Time for us to enjoy a relaxing bite to eat in our cozy venue.

And of course we can continue to discuss things that have come up in the morning and feed them into the afternoon’s agenda.

 

1:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Marketing Plan Creation

Having discussed your goals, hopes and dreams in the morning and over lunch we’ll now start to dive deep into developing a detailed marketing plan. We’ll identify marketing channels, tactics, budgets, and timelines and discuss strategies to grow and maintain your community

 

3:00 PM - 3:15 PM: Afternoon Break

3:15 PM - 4:30 PM: Actionable Steps and Implementation

Even though having a strategy is great, having specific, actionable steps is better. So over this time we’ll build a plan and prioritise tasks and create a timeline for execution.

And, because I know how it is, we’ll also discuss what actual time you have available to you for this plan and any potential challenges you may face with implementing it. This way we can develop a plan that fits you and your biz and is more likely to get actioned!

 

4:30 PM - 4:45 PM: Q&A and Next Steps

I love marketing. I live marketing. It’s been my life for the last 20 years (and you can argue that actually it’s been my entire life, as I grew up in a family business so marketing has always just been there for me). But I also get that isn’t the case for everyone. So I won’t just build a plan with you and leave you to wonder what it all means. This part of the day ensures that you have a chance to ask questions and make sure that you’ve got a plan that you understand and that works for you. 

 

4:45 PM - 5:00 PM: Sum-up (and maybe a cheeky glass of vino)

Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups. I have made monumental mistakes by assuming I knew/someone else knew something. So I build this section into the day to recap and ensure that there are no grey areas. We’ll go over the key points and ensure that you’ve understood them as intended. We’ll go over the marketing strategy and plan documents and check if it all makes sense to you. 

And I’ll re-cap for you the ongoing support and resources available post-session.
